Why is High Fructose Corn Syrup is so bad for you?

Well, the main reason is because it is not natural. This is a man-made sweetener made from corn in a very cost effective, making it easier and cheaper for food manufacturers use in their products instead of sugar. Is no less healthy than sugar, and many argue that because this is practically the same as sugar, not a big problem ... but it's not sugar! We must stop pretending that it is. It 'made by people, and then you should avoid takingit.

In addition to it, not a natural substance, there are some pretty bad politicians associated with HFCs. 90% of corn grown in America is because of genetically modified hybrid, the product is already ruined from the get go by. GM seeds can not be saved, will not produce the next harvest season, and farmers a cost order honest way of life. These farmers are excluded from Monsanto and have no other choice, what or how they grow.

Maize isrelatively easy to grow for farmers. In reality, farmers are advised to take this corn to invade the food that the purchase price from farmers at market. This inexpensive product is then used to search for other series to produce cheap junk food. And 'fool to believe that people can not understand this concept when we eat foods that are cheap, then what was done by low quality.

HFCS comes in many disguises: chicory, insulin, isoglucose, corn syrup,glucose-fructose syrup, saccharin, fructose, fruit and a host of other names. For this reason, it is food for food manufacturers to put a variety of foods and we just think we do not know, you eat it should be had. You can find candy in HFC, soda, yogurt, salad dressing, cereals, bread, biscuits, cough syrup, cheese, spices, and many, many other products in series with the food.

The argument that the HFC is responsible for American obesity problem is not to keep some 'Truth. The same drug is not directly responsible for weight gain, but the fact that the products contain, are so cheap makes it more accessible to buyers. Most people, if the first purchase of two different types of cookies, for example, choose the least expensive

And the sad thing is, you can not blame them! We are all a budget is not it? And even though most of the cheaper products containing HFCS in the food sector, it is logical that the majority ofPeople end up buying food with HFC. Well, next to the HFC in low cost products, have more fat, more preservatives, less natural ingredients, vitamins and minerals not found, etc. All these factors together contribute to obesity. We start with a low-cost product and just snowballs from there.

High fructose corn syrup is not natural. And 'economically produced and used in cheap, unhealthy food. Poor nestingPolitics and the smell of rotten ethics. Added to a decrease in the use of IT, but a very small decline, needs more dramatically. Monsanto and the like, is to free farmers. Farmers should be free to cultivate as they want and what they want. Consumers do not have foods with sugar and HFCS question asked. If the demand is there, the market will adapt to our needs. And believe me, HFCS should not be one of those!
