Sugar - The Sweet and the bathroom!

You've probably seen the corn, the television advertising on high-fructose corn syrup (sugar) is derived when a person something to eat, fructose, says her friend, "like sugar, is fine in moderation." However, when it comes to sugar, the supply of moderation can be difficult.

The problem of sugar, eat or not eat, has been controversial in recent decades. A careful reading of food labels shows that sugar in all its various forms(Dextrose, sucrose, fructose, corn syrup, etc.) is in hundreds of foods. This makes our consumption and frustration is inevitable if we are to reduce and use it in moderation.

But we need the complex form of sugar, glucose to produce energy that fuels our body.

Today, although many times the replacement market sugar such as aspartame, stevia, are Splenda, xylitol, saccharin, Lo Han Guo, acesulfame, many of my patients are still at a loss, withSugar. Why? It may be that, as a nation, we are really addicted to it?

Let me do some things that I tell my patients about sugar, how it affects us and what we can do, do not let that control our lives with cravings and sabotage our weight, moods, or management the disease.

What's wrong with sugar?
